Statistics can be an important tool to motivate individuals and the team. Over the last few years, coach Steve Teakel has introduced player reviews for those who are keen to participate. This allows each person to analyse their cricketing strengths and weaknesses from a statistical point of view. In turn this facilitates a more focused training regime and helps players work toward the goals set by the coaches, the team and themselves.
