Templeton Cricket Club prides itself on having a fantastic group of enthusiastic, hardworking and loyal comittee and members.

2008/09 sees club legend Brett Keys returning to the Chairman role. With assistance from the rest of the comittee and club members, Brett hopes to bring some big plans to the table. These innovative ideas build upon the fantastic work done by the committee and members over the last 25 years and will set up the club for a long and prosperous future.

"Welcome to season 2008/09

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all senior and juniors players back for the upcoming season, i would laso like to extend the welcome to all of our families and friends to what will hopefully be another exciting year for the Taipans.

This season will see a whole new committee in place to try and drive the club forward for the next few years setting us up for a strong future, to this end i would like to congratulate Sam Bates and his committee on the work they have done in the last few years. There are a lot of new faces on the senior executive this year and i think this will give us a great spark for the upcoming season.

After our recent registration day our Junior numbers are looking really positive for the season and i think we will be in for another great year with the kids hopefully enjoying some great success, thanks to all the parents and players who have already put there hand up to coach or manage a team for us.

Senior pre season is under way and numbers have been pretty good and we should now see a big influx of numbers now that the footy season is complete for a lot of the guys and i wish all senior players luck in there quest to win the ultimate prize at seasons end.

There will be a great social calendar in place this season and I implore all members to really get behind Arron and his team as they have some great things planned
